10 year guarantee.

If your product becomes faulty with the 10 year guarantee period you may return the product and we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Please note that we will not repair or replace the product free of charge if;
•   The fault arises because you failed to follow instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the product;
•   You alter or repair the product without our written consent;
•   The fault arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.

If you purchased your product from a retailer please make the return to that retailer. If purchased directly from Bramah Australasia please contact us for advise. Please note we do not generally honour the warranty for products privately imported from overseas.
