Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law .

Bramah Pty Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your invoice.

Bramah Pty Ltd reserves the right not to offer a refund, or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, or the return is otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law. Regardless of that, we may at our sole discretion accept the return of undamaged products in the case of change of mind. In such cases where we choose to accept a return the products being returned, must be in their original condition and unopened packaging and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Costs of return postage are the responsibility of the client.

Items that have been specially ordered from the factory, or specially keyed cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

RE-STOCKING FEES

Other than in accordance with the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, if we choose to accept a return of products by you and provide you with a refund, a restocking fee equal to 25% of the original purchase price of the returned products will be deducted from any refund.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM STOCKISTS

Any product purchased from a reseller or stockist must be returned to the reseller or stockist from whom it was purchased.


WARRANTY RETURNS

Bramah Pty Ltd will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 10 Years of receipt of items.

To honour any warranty claim the original purchase information must be provided, the client may need to return the item to us. Please contact us for details of returning or replacing any product under warranty.
